A Doctor in the House

The medical world is one that deserves my utmost respect. I feel that before I go into what I have to say in the rest of this article, I need to stress that I have the greatest respect for the medical professionals that go out every day and make people’s lives a little brighter, sometimes at expense of their own. I also have the greatest respect to the medical professionals that are in the vanguard of medical research and are now fighting to give us all a healthier future. 

That said, there are also those in the medical world that bring shame to the profession by practicing what should be their art in a sloppy and careless manner that puts their patient’s lives in jeopardy, as well as that of the patient’s families. People tend to think of medical negligence as something that happens in hospitals or clinics, or during surgical interventions. But your GM is also a potential focus for clinical negligence. Making wrong diagnostics is a way of killing people as well, so you should keep that in mind and monitor your GM as well, for the sake of you, your family and everyone else.
